Hi, I'm Alana Birnbaum.

I help clients break patterns around food, anxiety, and self-worth using practical tools inspired by Kabbalah (cognitive behavior therapy principles) — so they can feel calm, in control, and balanced.

For over a decade, I've walked alongside people who feel stuck in old cycles and overwhelmed by their inner critic. My work weaves together nutrition, psychology, embodied practice, and Kabbalistic wisdom to create a space where real, lasting change can take root.
